Our family had a fantastic time! The kids' club run by Veronica and Evelyn was a highlight, especially the Halloween celebration. We loved the variety of dining options, particularly Mylos and the lively beach night with fire acts. Book your dinners early for the best experience!

The beach access was fantastic. I loved lounging by the sand and swimming in the warm water. The outdoor swimming pool was also inviting, perfect for relaxing when the beach got too crowded. The 24-hour room service was a nice touch, allowing for late-night snacks. Staff members were friendly and eager to help, which made everything feel welcoming. That being said, the food options left much to be desired. Many dishes tasted stale or undercooked, making it hard to enjoy meals. The reservation system for restaurants felt disorganized, leading to long waits and frustration. I also had trouble with cleanliness. the room showed signs of wear and could have used a deep clean. Overall, the highs didn’t quite balance the lows, but the location and amenities had potential.

Staying here with my family, including our little baby, was quite enjoyable. The water activities were a hit, and we loved the expansive pools, offering plenty of space for our children to splash around. The mini club was a great addition for bonding time.
